Cute boss! Just a few thoughts from spawnin and fightin them as base Isaac and Azazel:

Their short circle tear attack feels a bit too weak. Think the creep from those tears could last longer (doesn't even last a second most of the time) and be a tad bigger, so the player has to weave through them to get out of any corner the boss might've trapped them in.

There's times where the boss would just sit there after an attack/on spawn and do nothing for quite a while (I've seen up to 5 seconds), not sure if this is intended but it makes an already pretty simple fight even easier when the stationary target isn't doing anything :p

If the player has flying, the fight automatically becomes trivial with only one attack that's an actual threat (the long piss spray one). I do love the idea of them trying to block the player off with their creep though, I just think there needs to be a bit more for players with flying - an extra attack that isn't creep-related would spice the fight up a bit.

Overall it's a cool fight that needs a bit of a buff :D

What nice critique! A buff to her health was one of our planned changes, but we'll definitely take the rest of this input into consideration.

I'll add that originally we were content with her difficulty because we were mostly comparing her to Rainmaker. But one redditor told us she actually seemed too difficult lol. In retrospect, basing her difficulty off the easier floor and boss was a mistake. But this is a well written critique! We're definitely keeping this in mind with future updates. Stay tuned!
Could you please make champion versions not require additional mod with a lot of content?
It seems really strange and unnecessary decision unless there are some technical reasons for this. People playing this mod might not want champion versions of vanilla bosses or simply cannot afford to add another big mod due to Isaac limitations( My case)

No can do, I want to stick with being vanilla as possible. Having Pee-Wee being the only one with champions while the other rep bosses don't is inconsistent. You can still enjoy base Pee-Wee since she's really cool. I don't know how RBC is causing problems, Isaac got updated so there isn't the memory cap issue and RBC is not that big of a mod.

as someone sayed on the comments,the ♥♥♥ champion should be added
Can you please make her as a playable character? her attacks that shoot piss all around her could be the effect of her pocket active, Pee-Wee's Bladder, which would charge up over time while in a room with enemies, & have multiple levels of charge. How many charge levels are charged when you use it determines the amount of piss volleys shot out.
