Weapon's stats.
pros:
+ÜberCharge create on use a shield for both medic and his patient equal in hp with the amount of damage taken by the patient while being healed.
!The shield last until its hp is depleted or the patient is not healed for 10 seconds.
cons:
-10% ÜberCharge rate

While weapon is active:
Friendly buildings around you regenerate 5 health per second
+33% medbeam connect range
+200% Ubercharge rate when sapping buildings

-1 health regenerated per second on wearer
This weapon deploys 20% slower

This medigun will sap any enemy building as long as the beam connects, as well as gain Ubercharge. Buildings will be disabled and take continuous damage until the beam is disconnected or the wearer dies. Sapping an enemy teleporter will cause you to teleport through.

Ubercharge grants 25% speed boost, 35% sentry damage resistance and 50% increased healing rate for 10 seconds.

Retrorefraction: On Activation of Uber The Patient will gain A Shield That reflects 60% Of damage Taken, While you get Only a 40% Reflection Lose The Ability To heal Patient Until uber ends Patient Gains Health To the Amount Of Damage Patient Deals.




(Might be overpowered who knows.)

Without that Stat at the bottom that makes the weapon useless fighting a medic with this would be irritating, like trying to swat a mosquito.

Ubercharge is the shield from MvM. It deals less damage than that shield on bashing but still shares most of its qualities.
+ 25% Ubercharge rate
+ 15% longer Ubercharge
+ 10% Healing rate
- 20% more damage taken from explosions
- 10% less overheal

I was originally thinking of a medigun thatc odul you ammo, but I guess that wouldn't work with the whol radioactive thing. I really like the idea of a medigun that could act as a weapon, draining the health of enemies at around half the rate of healing, but your healing is cut down ar maybe even removed.

I don't like RNG being used to balance weapons. So instead what if there was no ubercharge? Or depending on the drain rate of the weapon, it could maybe remove the ability to actually heal? In-lore we could say this was medic's actualy first attempt at making a weapon, and the healing was a side effect. This was his attempt at draining people's life force away but it instead gave life.

I know I'm late but I want to share my stat idea.
Due to the fact that this is a computer and there is a keyboard and screen on the Medi-Gun barrel, I was thinking of an Übercharge that will give the patient, an increase in the firing and reloading speed, and will give a slight defense bonus of damage from ranged sources.
The name of the Übercharge will be related to System like, for example, System Flaw.
Neutral: ÜberCharge give +50% random stats ( sounds broke like heavy with +50% speed but no)

Pros:+you can heal buildings and ÜberCharge them
+3% per second charge meter speed of ÜberCharge

Cons:-Sometimes you medi gun "glitch" and he don't charge meter of ÜberCharge (max time 4-5 seconds)
-25% heal rate

Level 30 Code Breaking Medigun

=Ubercharge gives a random effect for 8 seconds (example: mini-crits 150% health, 150% speed etc)
+Can sway the odds of getting a effect by 10% for the cost of 15% ubercharge
+10% Ubercharge rate

=No uber, instead charges a Encryption meter by healing, dealing damage, and when the patent takes damage. Encryption gives up to 60% damage resistance, 50% crit resistance and +100% max overheal for you and your patient passively.

+Encryption can only be lost by dying

-Encryption takes 3 times as longer to fill compared to stock Uber

-Wearer cannot receive speed boosts of any kind

+ Can heal bulidings
+ Can recharge other charge meters faster
+ On Ubercharge: grants crits to target and can give any weapon of that target a chance to deal random crits or in crease the odds of random crits until they die or you switch to a different target
- 25% less healing

it's all fun and games until medic gives Solarknight random crits

+steals enemy life and is stored in the medigun to give to other people
+uber gets rid of limit and allows you to steal more life
-once life steal is capped it cant be used anymore
-25 less HP

Stat ideas:
+Gives target a 20% increase in firing rate
+Gives target and user a 20% increase in speed
+Builds Uber 20% faster
-35% slower healing rate
-20% more damage taken from Sentries while active
Ubercharge: Increases speed by an additional 10% on user and target, increases firing rate by and additional 30% on target (50% total)
this is probably not balances but it gives Medic more variety and that's all I want from a medic weapon (speaking as a medic main)

Level 101 I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!!!

UberCharge creates a loud as f󠀡󠀡uck explosion which destroys every enemy and friendly Engineer buildings within Medic's range. UberCharge is gained from both teammates and enemies killed.

+ +500% health drain rate vs enemies
+ Can drain Uber'd enemies' health

While holstered:
+ -40% damage from ranged sources while active
+ +100% damage from melee sources while active
+ -100% damage from enemy Sentry building source while active

- Cannot heal teammates.
- Cannot drain Uber'd enemy Medic's health.
- You cannot bargain with the devil to respawn so quick. (ie. MvM exclusive nerf: Once you die, you must wait until spawn timer is up.)
This weapon holsters 10000000% slower (aka. This weapon holsters 100% slower)
-100% maximum overheal on wearer
-64% health from healers on wearer
