Hey, new player to the mod, played the second and loved it. in that mod i think standing still did not make hunger go down, but with the new tired mechanic and well rested, wondering if those are tied to time spent or just tiles moved.

any advice on good food to make is also appreciated, no late game recipies spoilers please, i have explored a few zones and taken 0 powergems.
