ths no work i put it to 100 and i am not on x64 and i put bin and shaders in the garrysmod file and i dont have any other bin or shaders in the garrysmod file and i also restart

put it in the garrys mod folder that is inside the garrysmod folder

i did put bin & shaders in garrysmod/garrysmod folder but dont work at all i think i have conflictings mods

i did put bin & shaders in garrysmod/garrysmod folder but dont work at all i think i have conflictings mods
disable bulley hole reskins and see if that works

There is actually a gmod problem where if an addon has reskins or replaces anything in gmod, it may NOT work. so as far as i know, just sub and unsub. Or download the raw file because gmod is retarded with reskins.
