Pros
- Environmental Integration ends debate on habitability trait, very helpful since Cloning path provide limited trait points.

Cons
- The adaptive habitability trait cannot be applied to other species. Must take mutation path to do that.
- Only 3 advance government of Cloning path seems useful to me. Imperial type just pointless.
Maybe because I'm using immortal species.

Other
- On democratic type, I'm not sure it would prevent leader from regain Clone backup trait or not.
