I would like to know too...I see all sorts of mods, but no play buttons anywhere???

You have to subscribe to the proper items in the Steam Client so that the files are downloaded. For Levitation you can hit subscribe to all in the item "LEVITATION (All 5 Parts). Then you have to activate the items in the game addon options and start a new game by choosing the add on you want.

basic knowledge, after i enable the mods nothing happens. Yes i tried restarting, no it did not work. There is no button to play this specific campaign.

Garbage. Followed all the instructions and steps, this does not work at all. useless

you have to subscribe to all the mods that you need then go into hla enable all the ringht addons then start new game addon maps and fight the one it tells you to click hope it helps!
