no troops to recruit after notables changed culture
I took over a town and waited until my culture replaced the town's original culture to 100, and waited until all the notables in that town changed their culture to mine but after that when I tried to recruit troops from that town... there are no troops to recruit
what should I do?

Are you using other mods, I'm playing with version 1.1.3 of bannerlord and v1.6.1 of the mod I don't have this problem

yes, I am using other mods such as : separatism, distinguished service, and heal on kill.
is it possible that they mess with the mod?
