W. Overbeck - Reference to Left 4 Dead, as William Overbeck is the full name of Bill.
G. Freemann- Reference to Half-Life, as Gordon Freeman is the main protagonist. As to why there's another 'n' in his name; I think it was to keep with the TF2 theme.
A. Vance - Also a reference to Half-Life, as Alyx Vance is one of the main characters in the series.
G. Newell - Reference to one of the founders of Valve, Gabe Newell.
V.Hideous - Joke name, probably means Very Hideous.

H. Arry - Meant to say Harry?
D. Conagher - This actually makes sense, as Dell Conagher is the full name of the Engineer.
P. OGO - Meant to say Pogo?
