Pray-n-Spray
Stats/Effects?
I have some ideas for it

1. When air-blasting enemies, all paintable items on them will be painted a different color at complete random. (temporarily of course, just a fun add on)

2. Spies however will temporarily be covered in paint when air-blasted in the same way jarate and mad milk does, enabling mini-crits (Or something else) for 3 seconds after initial covering.

3. Air-blasting walls puts a random paint texture blotch on it similar to sprays.

4. Afterburn only does 1 damage per tick.

they should make it so that when you spray fire on them they get covered in your teams color

this is nice but the valve must make not a reskin but 1 new flame so i suggest
+50% duration of the fire (due to the chemicals)
-25% health
-10% fire damage
+10% bullet damage
airblast is paint and sets them on fire

I have an idea, what about:
+50% afterburn time
+After a succsesful airblast fire mini-crits
-10% less damage (fire and afterburn)
-10% less resistence to explosives (Becuase it blows up the can)
Rapid-fire airblast (can't push back enemies very well, but it can keep them in corner, and still can reflect projectiles, and you can hold down right click for the very fast airblast)
+ 600% ammo consumption rate

-50 ammo when you air blast.
Air blast doesn't push enemies or their projectiles.

When you air blast an enemie, they are sprayed with your teams colors for 5 seconds and all damage delt by you is Mini Crit damage.

Instead of airblast, on right click, enemies get the mini-crit effect applied on them.
-30% damage
-500% afterburn time

(!) Sprays a team colored flame
(!) Attacking a enemy with this weapon leaves a faint team colored spray on the enemy.

Pros:
+20% Flame range
Airblasting a enemy causes any damage for 3 seconds to be mini-crits.

Cons:
Can't airblast projectiles
-30% Airblast range
-10% Damage
-25% Fire speed

Here’s my suggestion for stats, perfect for what the Pyro is unmatched in; hit and runs:

+ Afterburn deals 2% of target’s current max health as damage per half second
+ Airblast is constant stream as primary fire is but at twice rate of ammo cost
- -50% damage penalty

Here’s a graph to show the first mechanic, keeping in mind that all damage in TF2 is rounded up

Current Max Health of Ignited Enemy (h) ---- Afterburn Damage per Half Second for 10 seconds

50 < h ≤ 100 ------------------------------------------- 2
100 < h ≤ 150 ------------------------------------------ 3
150 < h ≤ 200 ------------------------------------------ 4
200 < h ≤ 250 ------------------------------------------ 5
250 < h ≤ 300 ------------------------------------------ 6

I've had this idea for a little while, and I think this design kind of suits it:

Surfaces hit by fire leave a "Sticky effect", creating an area of fire that lasts for 7-10 seconds which deals lasting damage while enemies stand on it and a short afterburn when they leave the area.
+15% range

Possible cons:
-20% damage from direct Flamethrower hits.
-40% ammo
-Shorter airblast distance/knockback

(i) team colored flame
(i) airblast temporarily randomly repaints paintable items
(i) airblast paints cloaked spies for 3 seconds
+100% ammo
+50% burn time
+rapid fire airblast
+airblast reveals spies
+succesful airblasting an opponent gives 2 seconds of marked for death (on them)
-50% damage from flame
-25% afterburn damage
-short ranged airblast

-Once a player is airblasted, they will be blinded by the color of the can for 2 seconds

-You will have the ability to hold airblast

-If a spy is hit by your fire he will be painted, making dead ringer harder to pull off

-70% more airblast cost

-You will have to go to the resupply cabinet or a large crate ONLY when needing to reload

-20% more firing cost

-Mad milk and jarate will wash the paint off of spies

--Airblast does not launch players

I like this, the paintiable aspect makes it a lil special and themed, however the "Airblast will deflect rockets and add mini crit onto them for 3 seconds" is a bit of a turnoff seeing how this will only add ANOTHER crit reliant weapon to Pyro, and we have enough of those, other than that, love your stats.
