its suspicious because of the pop up you get when you activate it because the pop up has links to websites and people playground sees them as viruses anyways dont download it if you ininstall it it will get you save corrupted

It probably says that Because the coding within the mod could be used in a malicious way. And the chance of it being bad is 50-50 it may also corrupt your files. but if you want to take that risk then you can.
