FAQ - Errors and Bugs
Hi, here is a list of currently confirmed bugs and errors, as well as common questions:

  • The textures are not appearing in my game: This mod needs to be below Planetary Diversity in your load order or it will not work. Make sure that you have no other mods that alter the Ecumenopolis installed. The textures only appear when you build an Arcology. Also make sure you are not playing with a custom shipset.
  • There are weird choices called ai and ai_only in the planet screen: This is a bug and will be fixed.
  • Default textures are still appearing: Do not play with any custom shipsets or the textures will not appear and you'll get the default Arthropoid city instead. Some arcologies that are generated at the start of the game will still have default textures. This is also being fixed.
  • This mod is crashing my game or causing bugs: Check your load order. This mod does not alter any gameplay, so if your game is being effected it is another mod.

If any bugs come up, post them here.

The arcology mod seems to not work for me no matter what i do.The planetary diversity version.
Ive tried literally everything :
Putting it at the bottom of the mod list (it should work,since the PD textures submod you made for other planets work
I tried only playing with Planetary Diversity and this
I tried both the 2k and the 4k version, ive tried everything and yet only the base PD arc textures spawn.ive tried spawning the entities but it simply doesnt work, and im not sure whats going wrong
I hope this isnt bothersome,i just wish to know what i should do,since i really want to see these wonderful new textures
Edit : Soo, i reinstalled and everything works well.I also realized my mistake with spawning entities :
I kept putting : effect set_planet_entity = { humanoid_01_city_planet_entity_01 } instead of
effect set_planet_entity = { entity = humanoid_01_city_planet_entity_01 }
Im sorry for this inconvienience,the textures are great !
