I have seen a lot of people complain about errors and other parts of the mod so I wanted to make an discussion with everything explained and how to do certain things.So here is my tutorial for all parts of the mod!

Image:

Use a JPG or PNG. Everything else could be broken. Please check if the url ends with .jpeg, .jpg or .png. The rest of the file formats mostly don't work most of the time. Just find an image on google, right-click the image and select open image in new tab. A new tab should appear. Check if the end of the URL has on of those extensions. If it does, it should work.


Audio:

For audio its a little bit different. You can use some websites, but a ton of websites just don't support it so what do you use?

Works for a lot of people (including me), but also has reports on not working


Discord:

You can upload images and music to discord, without any problems. If you want to get the link for the image, right-click the image and click copy link. For music it's the same thing. Right-click the blue name and click copy link and just paste it in the addon.

Audio issues:

Another thing I always see is bass_error_fileopen. Just reopload the file to discord and make it a little different or convert it to wav or to mp3 idk, do something. I had it once and i just put another file in that i uploaded at the same time and it worked. It's just a chance game i guess. If you want the same file to work, just reupload without any changes. It has less success.


Read this:

Pls use discord (or x0.at). Nothing else. A lot of websites automatically delete files from the website in a few days. For people having issues with idle audio. If you’re getting an error when placing a nextbot down, that means that there is a low chance of spawning a nextbot that’s audio actually works. Otherwise, delete the entire add on (including the files just for sake) and then reinstall it. Also try enabling only the addon and nothing else
