White model models/vaw/fleet/white.mdl is an missing texture on the shirt.

Hey, sorry I forgot to click subscribe on the discussion so I didn't see this. For me and a friend that I had try, the shirt is still missing texture. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and that did not fix it.
