I'm experiencing issues with the interface not showing up when building certain non-road networks (i.e. power lines). This would happen only once in a while prior to yesterday's patch (and I would fix it by selecting the "Zoning" category) , but now it is unfortunately 100% reproducible every single time I want to build power lines (and selecting "Zoning" doesn't help anymore).

And... when the elevation modes button aren't onscreen, their hotkeys don't work either :(


Reproduction:

* Go directly from the "Roads" category to "Electricity" (either by clicking buttons or using hotkeys), and the interface disappears. Hotkeys for elevation mode also stops working.

* If I go back to "Roads", and the interface now opens again (but it disappears if I go back to Electricity).

* The only way (for me at least) to temporarily get out of this bug, is to select a Quay in "Water structures", and then select "Electricity" directly after. This will make the interface show up again. But if I select "Roads" again, I'm back to the start....
