Anarchy Road Problem

Anarchy mode was working properly, today I entered and started a new save, although anarchy was closed, I could do such absurd ways and it was extremely disturbing, I uninstalled the mod and reinstalled it, but the problem was not solved. This problem goes away when I remove it completely.

This is because you have node snapping off (the 3rd icon in the Anarchy row).
