Failed to load the mod's dll file, or one of it's dependencies

Make sure you're subscribed to the required Harmony dependency.

i am subscribed to the Harmony dependency and getting the same issue failed to load the mods ddl file

Seems like the game's latest version creates this issue, I have the same issue as well.
