yeah, glitch crown only takes effect on new pedestals or re-rolls. It's a vanilla mechanic.

Hello, there is a problem with this mod. In one game, I generated a consumable item and a Faulty Crown at the same time. I picked up the Faulty Crown and used D-1, but the other item did not trigger the effect of the Faulty Crown, while in the original game environment, it would have triggered the effect.
