bug or missing requirement?
I have a Vampire, that learned the magic tree, and was able to study both the Witchcraft Focus and the Black Magic Focus, but I can not select to study the Arcane Focus, for some reason...
Is this a bug, or am I missing something?

You are missing a link to the Arcane! You need a magical artifact, or the Source trait in order to access the arcane tree :-)

I got hold of a magical artifact, and now I can study that focus.

Wonderful! It's a way to gate off that advanced kind of magic because its like, how would your character even know where to begin? you know? :-)
