Apparently, there's an issue with the eye position, not the textures. It miss-located that the eyes is kinda looking down. Tried to move the eyes, but to get the eyes appeared, you just had to Eye Poser with aiming up or at least Right-Click (Like I did) and make it look up or down on your position.

Hopefully it will fix the eye position then annoying forcing to make go up and down and pose Shiver's eyes.

The Eyes has been Enhanced.

Did you have TF2 or Enhanced Inkling/Octoling installed ?

I'be Rin into a problem with Frye's model, It seems I can't recolor her with the TF2 Paint? Also sorry I haven't attached a screenshot, I don't really know how a screenshot would help in this scenario.

You need to have Proxy Color Tool to color Frye.

I'm not sure when this happened, it might be because of the new Gmod update. If you're still working on this, can you check out why this might be happening?
