Here's my suggestion: make the BLU wine a white wine instead of gray, lol.

Yours does make sense... but there is no enemy in front of him.

Make sure his expression and movements suggest mocking, it is called a taunt for a reason.

Project, look at the Buy A Life taunt. It's supposed the throw money at the dead enemy to "buy a life." They are taunts, they taunt them.

maybe make him drop the bottle and toss the wine glass over his shoulder

I can imagine him saying somthing along the lines of "Cheers!" or, "To your DEATH!"

what if this was a partner taunt, where both of them drink the wine, and if an enemy drinks the wine, they die from poison :P

how about put the bottle behind him to put it away but the glass he tosses over his shoulder

I also think you need to work on the blu model a bit more.. I mean there's a MASSIVE difference in quality.. Not that I can do better.. But just an idea.

He should get the glass filled with wine, drink it a little bit, and "swishes" the glass forward, kind of like throwing the water in front of him to represent putting wine on the enemy. He also shouldn't stand in such a static motion dropping them like that, it should really show him throwing it to his sides, kind of like how the Scout does. He also should take it out of his jacket because theres a bunch of space in there anyway.

Agreeing with the dramatic toss, I believe the wines need a bit of touching up to represent the teams in a better light. The Red Wine is featured in expiration date and seems much more red then purple (The color for the Administrator and Miss Pauling) also the Blu Wine just seems bland, nothing special about it other than the wrench, sure the color of the wine in the glass will change, but the bottle should still be more memorable. Otherwise this is a pretty fantastic taunt and all your hard work is appreciated.

I'm hoping to see either the wine bottle or the glass be thrown forward or nonchantly. Hence, this reference from Castlevania here:

The way he draws and opens the bottle, looks pretty bland. You should try adding a little more sofistication to the animation, to better reflect his character.
It would probably look better if the spy nonchantly opened the bottle before pulling out the glass.
