Prospecting Clarification
Prospecting increases yield, but is that limited to regular mining or does it extend to deep drilling as well? If it doesn't, that just means that it's useless late-game when most of the stuff you'll be mining is underground. Unless y'all making entire caravans to mine stuff 20 cells over; as if that's easier than deep drilling.

Deep drilling is multiplied by the miner's mining yield stat, so yes it will affect deep drills
