Welding Glitch
I don't know if it's the map I was on or not, but I tried welding the Milk carton to a Mad Milk prop, then everything - including my Playermodel - turned invisible and have had to restart the map continuous times for it to stop.

It's not gonna be this addon, It is probably:
  • The new Garry's Mod Update
  • The map has some sort of issue
  • Another addon
  • 2 addons conflicting

Try doing this again on a different map. But do it again on the same map in which you had this issue and open the console and tell me what it says

You don't weld them you no-collide them and set them up properly like I did with the demoman :)

Why did you tried to weld them anyways?

well, 1 thing we may need the weld to work if the bottle is moving in the process, you don't want an invisible thing pouring water outta nowhere when the bottle;s position changes.

Everything went invisible? Look in the console, if it says the buffer overflowed then that's your problem. This sometimes happens when the source engine overloads and needs to 'cool down'.
