Reworked

- reworked many technology effects and overhauled Arkhan's unique technology
- reworked unique level 10 skill trees for Tainted Tomb Kings & Dynasty lords with new icons and effects
Garrisons
- Garrisons once again gain access to 'Legionary Barrage', which now has an updated visual
- Garrisons now include more units
Compatibility
- tainted Liche Priests are now once again classed as Wizards. This should make this mod compatible with the 'Vampres of Nehekhara' mod
Misc
- Tainted Liche Priest artwork updated to align with WARHAMMER III‘s style
- misc changes to the bonuses vampiric corruption provides for Arkhan's faction
