How do I sue for peace

I have hired every advisor I can and have been trying to sue for peace for a while but I cannot find the option anywhere. do I need to capture the enemy king to talk to him and sue for peace? who do I talk too?

Yes, I have figured it out since then. you need to appoint a named character to be your minister
