Does disabling and re-enabling the mod erase Fiend Folio progress/achievements?

In title! I want to have one save for Fiend Folio and one save for vanilla play, will I be able to turn the mod on/off/on or will Fiend Folio's progression be reset so I'd have to just set it to enable all unlocks?
