Motion radar.works like in Space beast terror fright.enemy has to be 10.0 meters close.This is why you should make Tension (Adrenailn) Music (music that goes even better or scary or awesome the closer enemy is.like in sbtf-space beast terror fright.it might need to use special lua codes that probably no one knows how to make)

Idea similar to yours, make the ambience get more creepy as the monster approaches if its very far, teh ambience is (kinda) peaceful, when its up close (before teh music from your idea starts) the ambience is creepy, and teh monster ocasionally screeches

kinda.its not ambinence its Music tension thing.it builds in 7 Audio files and codes in Sbtf.same here.

have a separated mode where theres a end goal, a radio will spawn randomly in the map in hidden places and once activated a count down will commence, the player(s) will rush to a extraction point and hold out until a helicopter picks them up, they will recieve scores for "surviving". This takes insparation from the EXFIL mod by Hari

What about making it so the terminator can go in elevators and learn how to go to different floors of a building. That would make it so much smarter
