well, The Mod Author Deleted The Mod I Just Re-Uploaded It..... About The Syringes. you can't put syringes in crossbows unfortunately but you can use all the already provided syringe crossbows that are in the mod :steamsad: sorry to disappoint haha

A good work around to that is the gas syringe gun mod thing, I think that might work
