If you didn't know, some people were (and even today) want to split Oregon via the mountains rather than the Columbia river, this is because of how different the two sides are (west is very liberal, democrat. East is conservative, republican.) I was hoping this could be implemented as a rebel cause (e.g "Independence for Lincoln." rebels.) which would appear in Oregon and Washington state.

I could also put in an event to cause this to happen, however I'd have to extend the cores from Washington down to Oregon. The State of Lincoln proposal has historically been more of a Eastern Washington movement as its where it originated. Southern Oregon was given along with Northern California the state of Jefferson cores.

I'll have to look in to it more and get an understanding of how strong of a secession movement is in the Eastern Oregon area.

Any resources on the matter would be greatly appreciated as well.

I think I made their capital Spokane. Lincoln was assigned I think in the 1.11 update.
