The State of Alabama
the state of Alabama has some issues with it, for one, the province of Mobile should be at least a 5 or 6 base tax, the provinces of Jefferson and Montgomery should be switched, i also think the state should be Red or White as those are the state colors and i don't like seeing half of North America pink or purple but that doesn't really matter and only applies some map diversity.

also Los Angles should be a 15 base tax like New York but that doesn't relate to AL.
also whatever province Atlanta is in should at least be a 10 or 12 and not an 9.

Okay thanks, Alabama and Mississippi had some screw ups with their provinces during the Winter and I got them swapped on accident, I'll fix that.

Actually did in fact at one point at have all the states the color of their state's official color, or if they didn't have an official color, would use their primary university sport's color. It lead to a problem that shades of red flooded most of the map. I'll see how it looks with Alabama as crismon.

Done, the color for Alabama is the same one for the school too.
