Chronopaths getting heart attacks (even with bionic hearts)

Are Chronopaths or Chronopath victims who age past 90 via psycast supposed to die instantly from heart attacks? Even with bionic or prosthetic hearts?

This is not a mod conflict either, I've tested this with exclusively base game dlc, framework and this mod
