Cant get new psycast
the only spell my caster have is the one they started with and I cant add any of the spells i unlocked

You need more level ups. You probably accidentally spent your first level up on unlocking a path instead of getting more foci or buying an ability from the random tree that's unlocked by default.

Also, try drafting your pawn. Some abilities only appear while drafted.
