German Translation

Hi, I also tried to create a German translation. Somehow the vowels got messed up so I replaced them with the alternative type ( ue instead of ü / Ü ).

@York Hey, I noticed that in the spanish translation of the mod, the text appears bugged. That's because like in the french translation, the files must be saved in ANSI format for the special characters to display properly.
