No I don't have a mod Apperance Projection Overhaul Mod. This is also weird because I don't have any mods to change Roland animations. Only EGO Black Silence Mod.

Sorry for the late response, time zone stuff.
Which version of the mod do you use? If you still have problem with this version, switch to the no Basemod version, it is more updated. (unsub from this one so they don't conflict)

is there a way to actually finish the silence executioner fight without the game crashing due to ultra heavy cascada luminosa/curtains call

how bad are you lagging? And did you install the all dependencies because one person I meet before didn't and it make the animation loop so much it crash the game.

If it just the animation being too much you can go to the mod card xml file and remove the animation (action script) the card effect would still trigger but no animation will play.
