I heard custom entities were possible, so maybe like a twisted version of metal objects that become fleshy and dangerous once shot, revealing there true form

Idea: The twisted having their own technology like the twisted sewing needle. which can sew people by gore strings. And with players being able to modify the twisted in any way through messing with their genes and anatomy. (Like the skin hardening syringe mentioned in the other person's idea earlier.)
