Unknown bug (i dont have name for it) related to armor and clothes model

May be only me have this bug, my friends seem to dont have, this bug may caused by my obsoleted graphic card (Intel HD 4000). The bug make clothes glitch and render in a different way it look like the glitch found in this reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/csgo/comments/g3h03l/can_anyone_tell_me_how_to_fix_this_glitch/
