if you don't have the dlc "arms against tiranny" it might be because of that, since this mod requires it, i had the same problem with the 2.0 version of the original mod reguarding jets and i solved it when i bought the german dlc

edit: nevermind, i have the dlc but it still isn't there, i'm afraid it's a bug

Та же проблема была, я просто убрал в файлах мода ненужные "руты" для прицелов, самонаведения и ракеты "воздух-воздух", а также убрал ссылку на лопасти для вертолёта и теперь всё доступно. Там же можно и процент для двигателей повысить

да я потом тоже разобрался в файлах игры, что можно самому редактировать, и сам изменил двигатели, только не смог разобраться как сделать так, чтобы можно было использовать ядерные движки, ну да и чёрт с ними
но типа, это будто как-то нечестно выглядит, ты можешь поменять на всё что ты хочешь, звучит как читерство для меня, к тому же автор лучше нас знает свой мод, чтобы сделать его более сбалансированным (наверное)
плюс я написал этот пост больше для самого автора, просто указал на имеющиеся баги, чтобы он потом их пофиксил, если вообще когда-нибудь сподобится
