I can't get past the "Open your eyes widely" part

No recognition of facial impressions, despite of the perfect (imo) circumstances.

The title says it all. The lights are OK, the resolution is OK, my face is (i hope so) OK, but somehow I can't get it work besides the head rotation.
Any ideas?
