I could use some help.
First, how do i download the zip file, and two, how do I create the lua folder?

dont create lua folder you need to go to
D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\lua
if u are using disk C write C instead of D
Then if you dont have bin in lua create it
If you want to download zip go here, http://flexposer.com/download.php
just save it and open garrysmod\lua\bin and place it there
