Re-Assign unused/no longer used Interiors
I am wondering if there is a way to re-assign "unused" interiors (if the Vehicle it was originally bound to has been scrapped/salvaged f.e.)?

Unfortunately not, no...I am pretty sure there is a way, but probably takes a lot of work to do some workaround :-(
