New Superhuman idea.
So, i wondered if having a human that when his front arm is activated his eyes would glow and he could phase through anything for up to 8 seconds and if it is used too much he will be knocked out/Fall onto his kness. Anyways what do you think?

Add the ability to stop time for 10 seconds, where only the owner of the ability can move, everything else is completely frozen.

Medium: Can bring anyone he touches bring back as a ghost like cloning but there ghosts and they have anything they heald with them like a gun.
