One Time event HAPPENING TWICE?!?
The SotS Phannon Reactor Analysis event happened WHEN I ALREADY HAD THETA TECH! The only info I had was that I got the event (for the first time) before I finished the Phannon Vault. Please explain what happened. Screenshot:

That's not supposed to happen. The mod was updated though earlier in the month regarding trigger events, so it's likely related to that.

Good to know. It might be an issue with Stellaris 3.11. The mod still works fine in the new update without crashing, but it may have induced bugs.
