A guy made modification for his M4A1 that boosted it's Firerate from 850 rounds per minute to 950-1000 rounds per minute, so I think it's somehow possible.

He did something with gas system and shortened barrel by around 2 inches, but it was still impressive job.

Why is taping a flashlight to the gun at the same tier as piecing together a laser with no tools but a blowtorch? Also, why do you need a blowtorch to tape a flashlight to a gun? The other recipes seem fairly reasonable, but that one seems off.
