Since some of the drops are bugged and not many people would really want to farm for the wills, I came up with an idea for an NPC.

It is Giorno Giovanna the Mafioso
He sells all of the wills for one gold each.
He arrives after the viral meteorite has struck.
I was just wondering if we could get this NPC because the drops for the "Will to Escape" are bugged and this could fix the problem.
