When using the soul of eternity or dimensions you get the spore sac equipment included. The spore sac spawns home onto enemies and start damaging them, however for some reason you cannot damage an enemy that has a spore sac on them with anything. I tested on a dummy and ended up with below one thousand damage per second with this equipped, and around 100k without it equipped. I cant seem to find any workarounds.
