Idk if I'm dumb, but from what I can tell you can't make Pure Heart on Get Fixed Boi seed due to the recipe containing Purification Powder and Green Solution, which are impossible to get on this seed. Maybe change the recipe or add/return those materials to some NPC shop list?
Edit: You can get Purification Powder through transmutation but Green Solution is still impossible to get
