Enabling the Mod breaks ModPacks, You are not able to save a Mod Pack, because it says it Malformed.
Cannot Save ModPack.

FargowiltasSouls_SoulConfig.json and FargowiltasSouls_Toggles.json Causes it not to save, Temporarily moving those files or temporarily deleting those files will fix it

Mod packs are broken due to issues with tModLoader. Solxan is working on overhauling their functionality and fixing the issue. This is not an issue on our end - use collections.
