Maybe your gmod is unstable or your running out of memory.

You could fix the memory issues by typing -Heapsize 8388608 into the advanced launch options if you use 16gb of ram :3

oh yeah uhhhh, also it can be because the mesh of the map is loading so the mod knows where mario can walk on or not.
