i dont wanna steal the rom file but i still wanna play as mario, how do i do it with out pirateing/ stealing the rom? i dont wanna be an bad boy :((

Look up how to dump a ROM from your legal copy of Mario 64. Probably easier to do with a digital version (like the Wii or Wii U Virtual Console).

weird thing is, whenever i have mod that has dyna base [whatever its called] my game crashes whenever i load.

I'm in the same trouble as you because if you do somehow have the balls to obtain a rom you probably can't without getting 47...million viruses.

pay some scalper 600 dollars and find some device that can upload the rom to your computer

i didnt get any viruses downoading z64 type of file
