yes happened to me, i even had csgo and css enabled and also restarted it.

its because CSGO doesnt exist anymore, so you cant use its textures. the map is effectively broken because valve removed CSGO and replaced it with CSGO2

If you install CS2 you can right click it, go to properties, and under the beta tab select "CSGO_Legacy"
