If that's not the direction you're looking for that's cool, but it would only add to the mod and make it more appealing to replace other mods with.
I'll try to add that one when I add the mod option integration.
Only thing i'd prefer with the original system is the separation line in main inventory for equipped/non equipped items. "Link" icon is useful, but that separation makes it easier to see in my opinion. Would an option to toggle the line on and off be possible maybe

Containers Show Duplicates ^ something like that doesn't work with this mod.
*THIS* would be great for situations of sorting tons of books into a bookshelf and only want one of each book in a pile, for just one example.

That would be insane comfort about having lots of items in a single view and checking/managing them as well!
As for now, the mod is pretty solid. I also made some minor adjustments to some icons, alignments and co (like fav-icon being Y - 1 instead of Y + 1, as it would with your current setting align behind the "collaps all"-inventory button), and added some additional features like freezing icon, poisonous water and Co.
I thought about it but i kept that one on the bottom most section in my todo list since that requires whole new code
Absolutely fine! Tackle it whenever you are able and wanting to!
The fact that the game ain't lagging anymore when opening a container (even when delta-consumables being packed away and not technically fetchable anymore, scripted an extra mod for this issue) it is smooth as butter. 144FPS with over 750 items in a duo-locker combo, absolutely fantastic.
Btw, your mod does also run very stable, and I am having 182 mods enabled. From tweaks, new item scriptings, demanding LUA scripts checking and updating entities each minute/10min/hourly up to UI, HUD, elemental features and Co.
I like your mod but I used to use Containers Show Duplicates bc this shows you when a item is in a better shape than yours in a faster way. I dont know if you could do something similar.
let me figure what can i do about it. I've never seen any function about getting list of read maps.
It will take some time to figure the most efficient way to add that feature.
